よって感染状況等により、延期となる場合がありますので、ご了承ください。
（延期となった場合、日程が決まり次第、ご参加の有無について、確認をさせて頂きます。

お申込み後、ご登録いただいたメールアドレスへGoogleフォームURLを送付いたしますので、お子様の情報をご登録お願いします。お子様の情報は保険加入に利用させていただきます。お申込みから3日以内にご登録をお願いします。

③KID’S DAY miniキット（参加マニュアル含む）の受け取り

オンライン開会式へのご参加方法のマニュアル等を含め、KID’S DAY miniにご参加いただくのに必要なキットを、郵送にてお届け致します。

④お支払い

参加費については、コロナウィルスの感染状況に応じて、開催有無が決定するため、25日9~12時の講座1 受付にて現金にてお支払いをお願いします。
